Top Chef

I spent most of my vacation eating and drinking, so I thought I would share some of the best dishes of my trip. I had the most amazing corn on the cob ever. When I tell you what is on the corn, you might turn your nose up initially like I did...but trust me on this one, you must must must try this You just prepare your corn however you prefer, grilling of boiling, but instead of butter, spread on this goodness..

1/2 c mayo
1 T of chili powder (or more to taste)
dash of sea salt
1/4 c fresh shredded parmesan
mix to taste, these measurements are not exact. Just spread on your corn and enjoy!!

Also I have to give a shout out to my girl Natalie. A couple weeks ago she posted a Greek layer dip and I made it 2 times while I was away, it is a-maz-ing!! I keep begging Natalie to publish a cook book and just call it a day....she is the next Gwynnie!!
