Tonight, with Libby and her Brownie troop, I will be Christmas caroling.

As a child, I remember going caroling every year. I also remember our doorbell ringing, and a group of people on our front porch singing "Silent Night." I didn't really think people did this anymore, but if you live in STL and your doorbell rings around 6 pm be sure to answer!!
After caroling, and after Libby is back home I am stopping by my friends house for a cocktail/jewelry party. My Uber-talented friend is showcasing some jewelry she had made. She loves to use feathers in many of her pieces. Each piece is one of a kind, and a show stopper, nothing is mass produced.

I really need to come up with a talent!!
So cute have fun caroling!!!
ReplyDeleteYou are always doing the most fun activities! I am so jealous of your social life! The jewelry party sounds fabulous! Have fun!

That necklace is so unique! Have fun caroling and stay warm!
ReplyDeleteI remember my uncle, dad, and some neighbor men caroling after pounding cocktails one year. Hilarious! The troop leader might frown upon that one! LOL!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a fun evening. If you purchase anything, you must let us know. I love looking at your "finds."
H a great time!
Caroling in that way you remember is one of my fondest childhood memories!
