A Weekend in the Country

This afternoon, Dan and I are heading out to the country for the weekend. Just the 2 of us, no kids.We are staying at a cozy little bed and breakfast about 2 hours outside of St. Louis. I plan on 2 nights of uninterrupted, sleep in until 10 am sleep.
This weekend, is a gourmet cooking class weekend. We will be taking hands on cooking classes both Friday and Saturday night.

In addition to eating, cooking, and sleeping, I will be having many glasses (bottles) of this...

Happy Weekend!!

  1. That sounds like the perfect weekend getaway. Have a great time relaxing with your husband, cooking, and drinking a glass or two.

Can't wait to hear about all the details - cooking details, of course. :)

    Enjoy!

  5. Jill,

How wonderful! Are you both taking cooking classes? Or just you? If your husband is joining you, he gets the prize for best husband this weekend....he's even missing some football, I think!

Looking forward to hearing about your weekend next week!
