Indulge in some Chicago style pizza...
and spend some time with this beautiful lady!!I have a feeling a trip to "American Girl" will be unavoidable as well!!

Tennis Anyone?
I play tennis 3 times a week, so I am always on the hunt for some cute tennis outfits. I tend to love the outfits that Maria Sharapova sports at all of the tennis opens...
however, I cannot deny the fact that Venus Williams attracts quite a bit of attention with her outfit selections....
the "livestrong" outfit....
my personal favorite, "the goddess" outfit....
Her "tribut to the oscars" outfit....
her "black widow" outfit...
and the best part........she wears bloomers that match her skin tone, so from a distance it looks like she is going comando!! yikes!!

Back to highschool?
Over the holiday weekend, I got together with my besties from high school, that I do not see often enough.....I went to a very small, private, catholic, all girl high school. There were 21 girls in my graduating class and I can honestly say I knew each and everyone of them.
I feel like people either love or hate high school, I definitely fall into the "love high school" category. I loved high school and I always say they were some of the best 4 years of my life. I had a great group of friends and we were always laughing and having fun where ever we went. I don't know if it was because my school was so small, or because it was all girls but there really were no cliques or a hierarchy, and there were no boys around to fight over.
We all went away to different colleges, and now we live all over the country, but when we are together it's like we never missed a beat. In fact I think we may have acted like we still were in high school last weekend!!

Fabulousness!
Last week when I was at the Four Season's with my friends, 2 fabulous things kept happening while we were at the pool....
Second, between our hourly mistings, our waiter would also come by with frozen grapes. Between the mist, the grapes, and the mojitos I felt like a goddess.
I am now obsessed with frozen grapes. The keys to this, is to lay them out individually on a cookie sheet before you put them in the freezer, other wise you will have a big clump of frozen grapes. I just cannot get enough of these grapes, they are the perfect snack for the dog days of summer, they are light, refreshing and since they are frozen they have a bit of crunch. If you are looking for a new summer snack I highly recommend tossing a handful in the freezer, you will have a new obsession I promise!!!
First, every hour our waiter would come by and spray us all down with Evian body spray. It was a light misting of water to keep us nice and cool in the hot sun....umm hell yeah I'll let you mist me. I tried to get my kids and hubby to mist me at the pool over the weekend but all I got was some kind of pathetic look from them.
