1. I have a birthday coming up this year that I am NOT looking forward too...at all!!!!
2. January of 2009 I had a broken foot, I fell while 8 months pregnant playing tennis.
January of 2010 I broke my foot again moving furniture while trying to sell our house.
I really hope to break the curse this year!!!
I really hope to break the curse this year!!!
3. I have said this so many times before, but I must say it again.... I will some day live in Paris again, and I will also own my apartment. This is a picture from one of my favorite restaurants in Paris. One we always make sure to have dinner when we are in the city of lights. This is from a couple years ago, Dan and I went over for our anniversary and my brother in law, Jerry, was living in Paris at the time.
4. I have a problem with shoes..and handbags. They just seem to multiply in my closet.
5. Despite what the critics say, I LOVED Heidi Klum's look at the Golden Globes.
6. I watch way too much reality TV, so much that I find myself actually convincing others that it is all real.
7. When Dan is at work I scour the internet looking for a dog. I keep going back to a yellow lab, which was our dog Ziggy....
or a Coton de Tulear, which would fit oh so nicely in my purse.
I'm addicted to reality tv too. I can't get enough of it!
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping for no more broken bones for you!
Okay, I am with you on the foot problem. I have the worst ankles! I love housewives but I am more of a NY girl. I love bethany! I SOOO LOVED Heid's look too- Glad I am not the only one. And the pic of you and hubby in restaurant- let's just say you are beautiful! Really!

Did people hate Heidi's look? It was one of my faves (except for her hair - din't love that so much), but that dress is dreamy.
ReplyDeleteMerci!

Yep, love my reality tv.
ReplyDeleteI, too, have a birthday soon which I am not looking for to at all. Last year, I pouted and ruined my day (Yeah, I know, big baby!). This year, no way! I'm going to embrace the fact that I'm still around to celebrate my special day. Even though, I'm not looking forward to it as I don't want to be older, there's nothing I can do to stop it. Why not enjoy?
Let us know what you decide on your dog. Some lucky little pooch will have a wonderful home.
Here's to wishing you a "break-free" year. :)
Oh I hope you break the curse of the foot thing that is so tough! You're half way through January!!! Love the yellow lab pics! We got ours at Sho-Me Labs somewhere in Missouri. We love her and my mom likes her "lab look" better than some of the other breeders!
ReplyDeleteYou know I liked Heidi's look too. I think it's the prettiest she's looked in a long time!
ReplyDeleteYou need to get the Coton de Tulear!!! SOOOOOO cute!!
I have a coton, Fiona, and she is fabulous. However, she is the lightweight in her family (I know five of her siblings, including my boss' dog) and she weighs 12.5 pounds so it might get a bit heavy lugging yours in a purse. One of her male littermates is 18 pounds. But I can highly recommend the coton as the sweetest, easiest dog I have ever had. My husband has asthma and allergies and she doesn't affect him since she doesn't shed and she is gentle and playful with my 4YO granddaughter. I bring her to the office where she plays with her brother and everyone on the staff, the UPS and mail guys, and other visitors all love them.
ReplyDeleteI am obsessed with reality TV! Of course I love all of the RH series! I'm hoping to study abroad in Paris next summer! You'll have to fill me in on the best place to see and eat! Have a wonderful day!
ReplyDeleteI'm a mess with all my reality TV, and I'm thinking of adding biggest loser to my list ugh

Oh no... a broken foot twice?! A broken foot while eight months pregnant.... torture. I love the photo of you and hubby in Paris. I would love to live there too... even just for a summer. I think next time we go I would like to rent an apartment to live more like a local. Don't even get me started on dogs... love them... they love so unconditionally. Here's to finding the perfect pooch. xo
ReplyDeleteCrossing my fingers you break the curse! You're halfway there :) And I actually didn't hate Heidi's dress, maybe I would have ripped the bow/belt off but I loved the print!
ReplyDeleteUgh! I hope this is the year that you break the curse!
ReplyDeleteAnd I really liked Heidi Klums dress too!
you look so lovely and happy in Paris x
