Never Ending Winter

We have yet another snow storm coming our way today.  Today seems like to perfect day to stay home, work on some projects and make a really good dinner for everyone


Barbecue Brisket Chili


The recipe has you buy pre cooked brisket from your butcher or a restaurant but I have nothing to do and all day to do it so I am going to slow roast my brisket first...
and then make my chili.

Stay warm and eat chili!!

  1. The guy who is partnering in the restaurant with Rich (his name is Danny) makes a similar chili. It's SO GOOD. Crack open a bottle of red and you're all set!! What time should I be there?
