We have yet another snow storm coming our way today. Today seems like to perfect day to stay home, work on some projects and make a really good dinner for everyone
Barbecue Brisket Chili
The recipe has you buy pre cooked brisket from your butcher or a restaurant but I have nothing to do and all day to do it so I am going to slow roast my brisket first...
and then make my chili.

The guy who is partnering in the restaurant with Rich (his name is Danny) makes a similar chili. It's SO GOOD. Crack open a bottle of red and you're all set!! What time should I be there?
