Deals and Steals

I was browsing Nordstrom website and came across this little Tory Burch number.while it is on sale, so you will get a deal, I don't know if it falls into the "steal" catagory. Anyway, my love affair with fringe continues so it looks like I have a Thanksgiving gift coming my way!
